Under Bangladesh Bank regulations, online Forex and cryptocurrency trading is not legal or authorized in Bangladesh. This website, the Live Training and the competition are operated for educational purposes only; no part of them constitutes investment advice, a financial service or a solicitation to trade.

Participants are fully and solely responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of their own country. Residents of any country or region where such activities are prohibited by law are asked not to participate. The organizer accepts no liability for any consequences arising from a breach of the law.

2.Introduction & Definitions

These terms apply to your use of the tradewithatik.com website, the 4-hour Live Training (“Training”) and the Trade With Atik Challenge trading competition (“Competition”), all operated by Trade With Atik (“the Organizer”, “we”, “us”). By completing registration or payment, you (“the Participant”) accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and the separate Competition Terms.

3.Eligibility

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old.
  • Participants must hold a valid National ID (NID) or passport, and all information provided must be true and accurate.
  • It is the Participant's own responsibility to confirm whether online Forex/CFD trading and cryptocurrency transactions are legal under the laws of their country. REVIEW: applicable law
  • Each person may register only once.

4.Description of Services

The Training is an educational online session lasting approximately 4 hours. The session date, time and platform will be communicated via Telegram and email. The Organizer reserves the right to change the schedule for unavoidable reasons, in which case the new time will be announced promptly. Whether a recording of the session is provided is at the Organizer's discretion. TBD

5.Fees & Payment

  • The entry fee is $66 (US dollars), which includes the Training and one entry into the Competition.
  • We currently accept cryptocurrency only — USDT (TRC20/BEP20) and Binance Pay. The Organizer is not responsible for funds sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address.
  • Network or transfer fees are borne by the Participant, so that the Organizer receives the full $66.
  • Registration is confirmed only after the Transaction ID and screenshot have been verified.
  • The $100 trading balance required for the Competition is not a fee and is never paid to the Organizer.

6.Refund Policy

The figures below are PLACEHOLDER values to be finalized by the Organizer (editable in config.js).

Eligible for a refund

  • Full refund: if cancellation is requested at least days before the Live Training begins.
  • Partial refund (%): if cancellation is requested up to days before the Training begins.
  • Cancellation by the Organizer: if the Organizer cancels the Training or Competition, a full refund or a transfer of your entry to the next Challenge — at the Participant's choice.
  • Excess or duplicate payment: any amount paid more than once by mistake will be refunded.

Not eligible for a refund

  • After the Live Training has started.
  • In case of a breach of terms or disqualification.
  • If the Participant does not attend the Training or withdraws from the Competition.
  • Funds sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address (which cannot be recovered).

Process

Submit your request with your Registration ID via our official Telegram or the Contact page. Approved refunds are sent within business days on the same crypto network, minus network fees.

7.Risk Warning

Trading Forex, CFDs, Gold (XAUUSD) and cryptocurrencies carries a high level of risk; because of leverage, you may lose all of the money you invest. All Training and website content is provided for educational purposes only and is not investment advice, a signal service or a guarantee of profit. You are fully responsible for all profits and losses in your trading account. The Organizer is not a broker, and the funds in your trading account are never held by the Organizer. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

8.Data & Privacy

Full details of how your personal information — especially your National ID — is collected, used and protected are set out in our Privacy Policy.

9.Code of Conduct & Intellectual Property

Training content, slides and recordings are the intellectual property of the Organizer; recording, republishing or selling them without written permission is prohibited. In cases of inappropriate behavior, spam or fraudulent promotion in a session or community group, the Organizer may cancel participation without a refund.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer's total liability shall in no event exceed the entry fee paid by the Participant ($66). The Organizer is not liable for failures of brokers, trading platforms, internet connections or blockchain networks.

11.Changes, Governing Law & Contact

The Organizer reserves the right to update these terms at any time; the updated version will be published on this page. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with [the laws of Bangladesh]. REVIEW For any questions, please contact us.
