Under Bangladesh Bank regulations, online Forex and cryptocurrency trading is not legal or authorized in Bangladesh. This website, the Live Training and the competition are operated for educational purposes only; no part of them constitutes investment advice, a financial service or a solicitation to trade.

Participants are fully and solely responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of their own country. Residents of any country or region where such activities are prohibited by law are asked not to participate. The organizer accepts no liability for any consequences arising from a breach of the law.

2.Information We Collect

  • Identity: full name, date of birth and National ID/passport number. ID photos are collected only from winners, for KYC before prizes are paid.
  • Contact: email, WhatsApp number, Telegram username and address.
  • Trading: experience, broker (optional), MT5 account number (optional) and Investor (read-only) access for verification.
  • Payment: method used, Transaction ID, sender wallet address and screenshot.
  • Technical: essential cookies/local storage and general data collected by third-party widgets (TradingView).

3.How We Use Your Information

  • To verify identity and ensure one entry per person.
  • To verify payments, confirm registrations and send the Training link.
  • To run the Competition, evaluate portfolios and publish the leaderboard.
  • To complete winner KYC and pay prizes.
  • To send important updates and service-related communications.

4.Protection of National ID Data

  • NID/passport data is stored encrypted and can be accessed only by the authorized organizing team.
  • This data will never be displayed publicly, sold or used for marketing.

5.Information Sharing

Except where required by law, your personal information is never sold or transferred to third parties. Only your name or alias and performance data may appear on the leaderboard. We may use trusted hosting, database and email providers to operate the service. REVIEW: list of providers

6.Cookies & Local Storage

The site uses essential cookies and your browser's local storage to function correctly (for example, to save your registration progress and your cookie-notice preference). Live market widgets load from TradingView, which may set its own cookies.

7.Your Rights

You may request to view, correct or delete your stored information at any time. To make a request, use the Contact page or our official Telegram. Some information may need to be retained while a competition or prize payout is in progress.

8.Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on the website and via Telegram.
